Anyone successfully using Paymonde?
 

I would like to hear about experiences with Paymonde. Does it work? Is payout on time? How is the customer support ?

I've been using them for a few months now, and they're decent. I don't have much choice though (in Canada, low volume). Support is slow and not exactly brilliant, but I haven't had any *problems* with them.

here goes a bump for you....

I use them & checks have been on time, online support is reasonably fast though it seems like our communications aren't the greatest (language barrier? lack of knowledge from support staff?) I appreciate their shopping cart so I can do tangible goods orders. SOme affiliates are hesitant to sign up due to the quick name change & also that they take $5 off every check for a "check processing fee" or whatever.

my friends say its a good program, use to be myvirtualcard. same guys same awesome product.

Re Paymonde - never heard of them.

I use them, checks do come on time.. I'm thinking of using their funds2go card (it's like epass) as prefered payment method

I checked into them but I wasn't thrilled with the whole ticket club thing.

I've been using them on 2 sites for the past 12 months. No complaints from me...questions are answered when asked and checks arrive on time.

you can pay the visa and use the non ticket club thing

$1500 USD setup was too steep for me at the time and probably will be for a while. PayMonde seems to be good enough for me so far :) Still might look at Verotel for alternative payment methods though.

We use them on the content stores and paysite. They scrub a bit hard.

Yes, Verotel's a good company. In regards to the whole TicketClub thing... you have to make a detailed page that explains what is going on. Their 'ticket' is a bit different then most adult sites. So you need to explain on the join page, blah blah this is who processes, and so on. Then surfers do not have issue.

They pay on time, and sometimes early. Support's good as long as you do not count on e-mail. Phone, and live online chat are best.

Used to be MyVirtual Card. I switched to them as a secondary processor. They are doing well for me. I wasn't thrilled about the 3-4 week hold over before first check. But the members do not seem to mind them which is all I care about. They charge $1.50 surcharge that was a bit different.. Both on first, and recurring memberships. A few members had wrote me about that.

But I have members split fairly evenly between Paymonde, and CCBill at the moment on the sites that have dual. Verotel only handles my celeb sites.
