Anyone know the one im talking about? Picture of a finger tip that has some weird flesh bacteria and teeth-like things in a circle around the edge of the infected looking area?

Anyone have it or know where to find it?

Trying to show it to a friend, but, beleive it or not, i cant find it. Ive searched everything I can think of on google and images. no luck.
