Turn on Active Desktop.

like toonpornblog said, active desktop needs to be turned on
can I ask why in gods name you would want to do that though? |
for some reason my xp home on this laptop does not have that option
i keep searching around but i cant find any info on where to get the install files for windows active desktop just keep getting peoples cheezy already made bullshit |
why would you want to use an animated image as desktop?
first make a webpage with your animated gif
then right click on desktop > properties then desktop > customize desktop , then tab web then "new" then find the page you created.. at first the window will appear small you can change the size by dragging the edges |
i built a script that grabs the top news headlines and the top 20 threads on gfy and places them on my desktop as a website
well it wsnt that big of a deal but since for some reason its not working
my hard headed ass cant stop now till i figure out why itwont let me this article above assumes that when i will right click the desktop i will actualy have a menu for act ive desktop for some reason its not installed cannot find a download i have up to date ie and this is windows xp home on all my other computers it gives me the option to enable or disable it but for some damn reason this one isnt i dunno im going to keep fucking with it i will tell you guys if i get it figured out lol have up |
