it always seems like the ones doing this have a mental capacity of a child...they all seem like they stopped maturing at a certain age....they all have that adolescent/pre-puberty tone in their voice and they talk like they are all younger than 18 years old....
there should be some study about this...maybe they are going after younger aged women because their state of mind stopped maturing at a certain age and they feel that is the age they asociate with...whether it be from genetics, some type of trauma, molestation, etc....
i'm not saying that it's okay...i think it's wrong..but if there is really something going on mentally where their mind can't continue to mature something needs to be done to help these people.... -
