Poor Customer Service Today...
Contacted one of my biggest sponsors today and asked for a pass to the members are of their newest site so I could work on an even better way to promote.
The guy who could give me a pass told me he was very busy with some other business. Now I understand completely that there are matters more important than me getting a pass so I can get a few more sales each week.
But my thing is, couldn't he delegate what I needed to somebody else so I could get taken care of today, instead of me having to ask for the same thing again on Monday and maybe getting what I need then.
All I'm saying is, if a guy is doing 1:103 with me this week, I'm going to make sure he gets what he needs seeing as how what he's asking for only takes 5 minutes of my time.
