Fetish Hits Support Affilates Using Ripped Off Content?

Found a guy using my exclusive content to promote a Fetish Hits site. Contacted FH on icq and informed them of this as well as showing them proof. Was told that they would ask the affiliate to remove the offending content off his server.

I then explained that the affiliate was also using other sites content as well, asked for the affiliate to be removed from Fetish Hits altogether and enquired whether they would be willing to pass on the guys details.

From that question on icq, which was over 10 hours ago, I've heard absolutely nothing. Completely ignored my further questions on icq, I've sent an email and sent a support ticket via their website (which hasn't even been read yet) and nothing back at all.

The affiliates galleries are still online, for now but not for much longer, and as far as I'm aware still pulling in his $75 per sale today using other peoples content.

Are Fetish Hits more bothered about profit rather than the coryright laws?

hmm...hopefully this is an oversight from fetish hits.

Here is the proof while the gallery is still online:

Ripped off content
http://www.favouritepornstar.com/040/pornstars13.htm

Some of original content
http://www.busty-britain.com/hosted/...907/hosted.php

Pretty obvious that this is stolen content. Was shown to them 10 hours ago and nothing done.

your best bet is to start the process of protecting your content with dmca's to them and the hosts and processors. then do google/yahoo/msn...

XPays 09-22-2006 02:06 PM

make sure you get screenshots

The host is already being taken care of. A sponsor the size of Fetish Hits should know better and they will also be hearing further about this.

Thought it was worth pointing this out. Will also be interesting to see what they say to some of the other sponsors who I've contacted regarding their content also being stolen by the same affiliate and FH total lack of action.

But what can they do besides terminating guys account and maybe redirecting his traffic over to Yahoo or even your site? When that happened to us we just blocked cheaters account and waited for him to contact us. We forwarded complaint e-mails and told him to never come back.

The very least they can do is terminate the guys account. They said they were going to ask him to remove offending images and nothing more. When I said they should scrub the affiliate they completely ignored me.

But they were really busy as it was $75 dollar day! Fuck the copyright laws!

How do u know they didn’t? all it takes is a push of a button.. why would they care if its $75 day or not? You do understand that terminating this fuckers account saves them 75 bucks.. another reason for them not to pay the fucktard..

I dont know, if its that simple why not just do it and tell me. They stated that "they would ask the affiliate to remove the offending content off his server".

When I asked them to remove the affiliates account they just ignored me. If they had done it, why wouldn't they tell me they had then everyone would have been happy.

Maybe the affiliate brings in massive sales for them and they dont want to upset him, I dont know. I've tried asking and couldn't get an answer.

Yesterday you emailed me and we talked over ICQ. I told you that I am extreme busy with a couple things I need to get done but that I will take care of that in a day or two. End of story!

Yes, you said you'd take care of it, you mentioned no time scales though. You also said that you'd ask that affiliate to remove the offending images, nothing more.

You also ignored me when I asked if the affiliate would be removed from your programme and I STILL dont know the answer to this.

The last thing I wanted to do was to start putting this up on the boards but FH and yourself either dont want to give answers or dont give a shit. Had you simply banned this affiliate after I'd shown you proof, and as most other sponsors would have, there would have been no need for any of this.

But that affiliate is still making money for you off my content and another 10 sponsors content as well.
