If yes what do you use? I've just downloaded some web based solution so my employees can login from anywhere around the world and know what they're doing...

I used to use countless time tracking tools until updating them took longer than doing every little task that actually needed basic documentation. These days, I keep myself lots of notes in TextPad, and import them when I actually have a few moments for such frivolous things.

I remember that thread. I actually installed it and tried it out, but I felt like I'd need to take a class to figure out how to get the benefits of it.
