Camazoncash.com is looking for a good person to fill a key marketing position in our Toronto Office. Please note: We are currently not looking for remote employee's please keep that in mind.

Overview

The purpose of this role is to generate traffic and signups for adult-related websites The objective of this position is to help the affiliate marketing team exceed progressive revenue targets on a monthly basis. This will be accomplished by developing key industry relationships, creating successful online marketing programs, tracking results, performing analysis and implementing refinements. In addition to being a strong communicator, the successful candidate must possess a high level of technical and analytical competence. The ability to grasp new technologies, conceive original concepts, analyze new products, conduct customer fraud analysis, and provide regular reporting. The right person for this position will be enthusiastic about our products and convey that excitement to others in the adult industry.

Responsibilities

? Work with Affiliate Marketing Team to grow program revenue by developing, operating and improving our affiliate marketing program.
? Directly manage the operational tasks required to support affiliate traffic programs.
? Provide direct affiliate support, oversee affiliate payout issues, manage affiliate fraud prevention.
? Support Program Director in any and all product, marketing and operational endeavors as requested.
? Participate in the development of new affiliate marketing tools and strategies.
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine new opportunities.
? Prioritize, plan, test and analyze new products on an ongoing basis.
? Evaluate and refine existing affiliate marketing tools.
? Work with third party vendors to manage and improve various traffic programs (SEM, P2P, TGP, etc.)
? Utilize our internal traffic area?s to increase traffic back to our products.
? Assist with all advertising, PR, and promotions.
? Participate in industry functions as required.
? Work cross-functionally in support of other groups as requested.

Skills
? Strong interpersonal skills, ability to make friends easily.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Moderate product development and project management skills.
? Creative marketing skills.
? Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Advanced familiarity with Internet and related technologies.
? Ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
? Intermediate html skills a plus.
? Basic to Intermediate Photoshop skills a plus.

Requirements
? An outgoing, likeable personality.
? The ability to stay positive, problem-solve, and succeed regardless of the obstacles.
? 2-3 years affiliate marketing experience in the adult sector.
? 1-2 years online product development experience.
? The ability to bring new accounts on board immediately.
? The ability to work without daily direction
? A high level of professionalism.
? A creative, open mind.
