I Sent them this email message

I got the same thing when I was trying to change my PIN, because I was too boneheaded to click on 'account', to find 'modify pin'. |

i'm lost somewhere in an internet cafe in Asia, in a tiny village, there is internet but no phone possibilities where i'm at.............calling is the ONLY way? whats wrong with icq/email/INTERNET!!!
