I Sent them this email message

i'm lost somewhere in an internet cafe in Asia, in a tiny village, there is internet but no phone possibilities where i'm at.............calling is the ONLY way? whats wrong with icq/email/INTERNET!!!

shit, these days you can practically fuck over the net, why cant we get customer support over the net?

if you do get an access to a phone but can't make long distance calls, you can try http://www.turbocall.com/ .. they will connect any 2 phones at a reasonable rate. Yes, it's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way for me to dial 1-800 numbers and such. Good luck!

hmm not really man, i'd be willing to bet there would be not a problem at all....i have 2 banks, and use my cards in all these Asian 3rd world countries with no prob

We are looking into it and since you already contacted me on ICQ before you made this thread thats where I'll message you as soon as we hear from our ACH processor which most likely won't be until Monday.
