a few days ago I posted I needed some work done quick, it was an easy job. And I got a nice ICQ drom a chick named Sarah (Zuzana Designs) after explaining to her what needs done she told me the price and asked if I could pay it since we had never worked before. It was a small $150 job and the sites in her portfolio are from some people that post here so I didn't see no problem.

4 days later, no design, no answer on ICQ , no answer on emails etc.

Did some searching on GFY and there seem to be ppl that claim that Sarah is in fact Toby and is a scammer.

So if you need a design avoid these scammers.

when are people going to learn to do a gfy search BEFORE working with someone new

that is one thing GFY is REALLY good for, a database of scammers

Zuzana design has done a couple sites for me, they are part of their portfolio, I don't think that Toby and Sarah are the same person, that would be really confusing. But the design they did was top notch and I can't ask for more than that.

I've never had a problem with Zuzana, she has always done the work on time and its always great!
Toby is NOT Zuzana they are to completely different people. I'm sure she has an explanation. Again Zuzana has dome some wonderful work for me in the past and always delivered on time.

It really amazes me that this person is still scamming people here from GFY even after all the threads...

I am happy for those that got what they ordered and indeed a lot of the work in the protfolio looks good, also the fact that some of the sites in the portfolio are owned by people that post here and are honest business people, I didn't see no problem with the deal.

Things seem to be somewhat confusing, it's Toby it's not Toby... I have no clue who I spoke to all this time now, all i know is that I am being ignored and I have no design and no money. So that is why I posted this "Sacm Alert".

Well it's a scammer's modus operandi - do some good work for some people then scam the others.

I have seen the same galery design (with small changes) being sold to different people...

Exactly my thought and those saying they did get their work and had no problems keep assuring the scammer more oportunities. :2 cents:

I've done some biz with Toby and things have always gone very smoothly. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding or communication breakdown somewhere.

yes you did, you refunded me 100 bucks (I told you to keep 50 for whatever you did already) I appreciate you getting back to me. to bad it took a post like this.

Zuzana is pretty cool person. I've been working with her for a while now, and never ever had any problem. Everything was smooth!

I've done transfers for zuzana in the past, never had a problem...

We both just made an agreement and I think we can work it out. We will see where it ends but I believe she is genuine with me and I trust that things will work out fine.

i have done a lot of work with zazuna lately. she has done 1 complete site, 2 mgp sites, a toon, 2 banners, and working on a new complete site. i dont have to pay up front anymore and thus far i have liked her work and recd it in a timely manner.

i know there are some issues going on behind the scenes and although i dont have the whole story, nor do i care to know it, i can say that zazuna is 100% above board in my dealings with her...

its sad to see that people are so eager to jump on the bashing bandwagon...

also, i was told by someone all this negative stuff about zazuna by a third party that will remain nameless. when i asked sarah about it she was completely honest and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation....

Yeah, I wonder why it usually takes a drama thread to sort things out.

We have used sarah, very very nice and delivered in remarkable time. I would use her again.

good to hear that the issue got resolved.

sometimes, this kind problem had to do with upfront payments... not showing for 4 days?? no ICQ?? no email?? to think that you paid them already... thats not a good sign...

How much do they owe you?

I have used them a few times in the last couple of weeks and never a problem.

Never had a problem with Zuzana.
