How the fuck do you copy the entire HD to paper and then loose a computer?

I can not imagine how much paper my computer would take up and hell this one is brand new.

BTW I think the evidence is now fucked. The defense would not be able to ensure that the PC was not tampered with by the prosecution or others. Sort of like loosing the DNA evidence but saying it is still good cause we have the results of the tests.

How do you transfer a hard disk to paper? Unless they mean they printed the pictures which they should have just said.

What they probably did was order the computer released back to him at some point and once he didn't pick it up, it was either destroyed or auctioned off. Atleast thats what Sac county does.

Mmmm... another fuckup -

There is no "evidence", just alleged copies of it. The "offense" comprises of only five "illicit images"??? Suppose it depends what these five images are, but, damn.. what happened to the typical pedo's private collection of 1000's of images??

Dunno why - always have doubts about scenarios where shit goes missing - tho there can be logical reasons on occasion.
