Why not just use wordpress? If you just take a look at http://codex.wordpress.org some simple modifications can make it a review site.

One of my latest sites is Porn Site Insider, a paysite review site. I am using Joomla! with a bunch of components (or plug-ins) such as jReviews for doing the reviews, as seen HERE.
