Since you refuse to comply in a timely manner and are in breach of your contract with us regarding the sale of your former program. In order to mitigate our potential losses and further harm to our product we purchased from you. I am reaching out here to attempt to contact you and allow you an opportunity to do the right thing before it has to escalate to a legal contract enforcement situation from us.
Of course that will cause us to suffer more monetary damages unnecassarily and once again demonstrate your failure to perform in a timely manner. In case you are unaware this can be construed as business interference.

You are in breach of comlying with the sale of www.adultseriescash.com to us .you are not sending CCBill the documents they need to make the transfer complete. you are now ruining the value of the program by your actions as we can not control what is happening with affiliates at this point. we are also unable to singn up new affiliates or send our own traffic to the sites for sales, as we do not have a way top collect the money or account for anyones sales., you are as well collecting our money from any businesstransactions taking place at this time. ( this is called Diversion or theft by deception in some legal circles) Is it your intention to take sales and keep money from our product that you have no right of ownership on?
since you like to say you did not know, when I confront you on your other misdealings and delays by you concerning this transaction. I want to make sure that you have the opportunity to do the right thing here and are full aware of what is needed from you. I have provided you with a number and a name at CCBill to call in order to get this resolved today. you replied "fuck you" to me on icq. YOU ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE AS THEY DO NOT HAVE WHAT THEY NEED TO TRANSFER THE PAYMENT ACOUNT TO US. you are currently collecting money that belongs to us under this account. You are currently prohibiting us from signing new affiliates and getting them paid properly under our control. you are prohibiting us from sending our own sales to our own site as we have no way to get paid by them at this time.

If your wish is to cause us busines interuption willfully. I am sure you will not call CCBill and comply today.

If your wish is to finish this transaction as the contract states. then you will call them and comply today without further delays on your part. If you need the contact number again please let me know I wil be glad to give it to you here so you can comply.

Complied 100%? Would that include both lies about sending the content harddrives? I asked you the first time for the harddrive, you said "it was sent out already, I'll get you the tracking number"

Then didn't hear from you for a while...then you gave me the tracking number which showed on the FedEx site that you sent it AFTER you had already told me it had been sent out. Not to even get into the fact that it was the wrong harddrive and had a bunch of hacker files and wiccan crap on it instead of the content files and 2257 documents. Time is money my friend. Every second of ours you waste costs us money. We don't take that lightly.

Second time, the holdup was due to your "friend" having to burn the files to CD or some shit. Then no CD's arrive...I received the original harddrive. Apparently, there was no problem with the harddrive or the files...your friend just hadn't sent it due to laziness, lack of care, etc etc. More stall tactics.

You mention above that we need you to do something that you would "otherwise be happy to do".

When you sign a contract, it doesn't matter how happy you are to do something...you just do it.

GFY user Micker isn't my 'friend'.. he's the former affiliate manager of Adult Series Cash, and is very popular here, so I'd be very careful if i was you. He made an honest mistake and sent the wrong harddrive. He quickly fixed his error and sent the correct drive a couple days later. I'll ask him to jump in this thread and verify that that is the truth, plain and simple.

You guys should understand that GFY can likely see beyond your hotheaded repsonses and bullshit spin. Micker was a Very popular affiliate manager, who became known for bending over backwards to help GFY affiliates, and for just being a great guy. An honest mistake on his part does not make for non-compliance regardless of how it's misconstrued.
