Let me tell you the difference between my mailing list & spam:

My mailing list is taken from visitors that joined paysites in the past months.

To do a spam mailing, you need to mail to everyone (kids, parents, schools, companies, etc.)

Spam mailks generates a lot of complaints.
Using mailing lists like mine only generate a few complaints. When I have some, I remove their e-mails from my list.

uh yeah,when they entered their credit card number did it have a checkbox that said "Let some guy named Rod send me email" .... I doubt it...but you do a good job pulling it off my friend

If it is not opt in by choice, hell I don't care. But if you get reported to your hosting company for spamming you can lose your hosting and that is alot to risk, no one likes, so why do it?

The difference is that there is no difference. Saying that it's only SPAM when you email kids is the dumbest argument I have ever heard. I've said it before, only 0.01% of all adult mailing lists are legit and all spammers lie. :)

My host wont shut me down for a few complaints....as long as there is not too many of them.

Im still selling my list of 45 million qualified emails. Each of those 45 million people paid 50 bucks to be on the list and i personally called everyone of them to verify they wanted my porn ads.

I'm dying to know which cc company "sold" you that list.

pretty sure ibill sold my email address somehow. i get email now from 2 sites that used ibill, and both of the emails starting coming at the same time (i use unique email aliases for everything i do, so i can track as well as block certain aliases which get "popular")

that's pretty shitty, if you ask me.

spamming people who bought from you is lame. just make them a satisfied customer and you'll make more money off of them. makes more sense to spam people who don't know about you. duhhhhh.

fuck spamming though. i don't do business with spammers. and i hope the rest of the world is wisening up about that too.
