Need help with a script!
 

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a script?
Basically I need a script that will play a sound (mp3) when I roll a mouse over an image, but stop when I take the mouse off.
I've found a javascript that does this, but it only seems to works in Internet Explorer and it causes an activeX prompt which I dont want.

Or if you know a way to stop that activex prompt from coming up & making it compatible with mozilla/firefox that would be great!

Hi beckie, Can you point me to any good tutorials or give me an idea of how I'd do it in flash?
I'm a total novice in flash and have never got my head round it, so I've just avoided it as I've never really needed to use it.

Thats how I got the idea, but I dont know flash at all. I have flash 8, but never use it. Do you know any tutorials or could you give me an idea of how to do it in flash please anyone?
