I have a good question also...Diet? What kind of diet does it take to maintain a body fat index like that...What do you eat (or not eat) on a given day? I'd live to know.

he is definately not fighting genetics with his BF% ... so i doubt any secret other than "eat right and exercise" is going to help anyone. individuality and genetics alway plays a role in body composition.

I wish I had some great advice.
Truth is GENETICS is most of it. My dad is still trim and cut, and my gramps is in good shape, too. I also drink way too much caffiene and try to eat fruit and trailmix (nuts) all day. With one big evening meal. Not for any reason other than it works for me. I try to do crunches daily and pull-ups or push ups most days (only 5-10 min worth). I find if I am consistent, it is better than intensity. I hurt my wrist so I have been letting myself get a little softer. In fact one woman saw me recently and said, "Didn't I meet you last year?...You were alot more cut, right?" Ouch! Anyway, thanks for the props! |
