You sure that's what the realtor is claiming??

Looks more like the "house on Elm Street" - it's a shithouse in need of revamping.

Nightmare on Elm Street house with basement for "Freddie" Kruger. Spaulding Square fixer opportunity screaming "Buy Me, Buy Me!". With some work this could be your Family Dream Home, backyard with pool 4 entertaining, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath & office. Terrific living room with fireplace, formal dining room and bar set up.
i think that is pretty cut and dry....LOL

it also doesn't take much to use google

Thought for a moment the realtor had a sense of humor - the place looks a mess :winkwink:

Its a sales pitch not the house the movie was filmed in. :Oh crap

Brandon99 09-20-2006 12:18 PM

I think I'd be pretty fucking spooked to live there.

Correct, they never filmed "IN" the house, they only used it for exterior shots including parts of the street in front, the inside of the house were all sets on a soundstage.

fuzebox 09-20-2006 12:25 PM

That's awesome! :1orglaugh

I don't know if I could live in it though, but I'd turn it into a mini horror theatre... $100/night for you and your friends to watch two movies in it.

no in though, the exterior shots

reynold 09-20-2006 07:04 PM

Looks like a good investment there. The price of that house will keep growing as years go by.

DutchTeenCash 09-20-2006 07:14 PM

a million? must be a nice area cause the inside looks like crap to me

msan 09-20-2006 07:39 PM

Nah...I won't bother buying that house just because it had cameo appearance on a horror movie.

BusterBunny 09-20-2006 07:42 PM

hell fucking yes that would be sweet as hell:pimp

rhon23 09-20-2006 08:05 PM

Its actually a beautiful street right off Sunset and Fairfax. And for that neighborhood thats cheap. I wish I was kidding.

rodney25 09-20-2006 11:45 PM

I would buy that house if I only have the money right now. It's not that expensive at all.
