Having issues with my Cingular phone.

I just got back from Europe where I had my Razr V3 with me. Now that I'm back it doesn't recongnize the numbers of anyone that calls me anymore. It just says unknown number for every call. Has this happened to anyone else before?

the razr is a triband cellphone and im pretty sure it changed the settings when taking a provider from the netherlands.

but ususally it changes back again....

seems like it is happening to other people who are also on the office account. they didn't leave the country so it's not related to me being overseas
