Is Jamba Juice good for you?
The girl who cuts my hair says she drinks one everyday for lunch, but she's a big chubby girl, lol.
I dont understand how something that is all fruit can make you fat |
Actually, I go to my local Jamba Juice and order Wheat Grass Juice. I try to do it once month. Just testing it to see if there are any benefits.

Can be up to 400 cals I think each, she prolly also snacks, doesnt move much, and starves herself and eats a big dinner etc. All that screws with you.

always get a jamba juice in my spam box

Loaded with sugar. I am sure one drink every couple of weeks might do you some good but people that over load on that garbage thinking it will help them lose weight are mistaken.

I like their cold buster, I think it really makes my colds go away. I'm not sure if it's a placebo or real, it could be my imagination. I also feel like it makes me feel better when I'm tired. I always get a boost, like vitamin boost or fiber boost. The fiber boost really helps with constipation. lol

Each Juice has about 3-5 servings of fruit in it, from what I've read on their site. That may be fine or even good for you every now and then, but doing that daily is a mistake. Too much sugar.

-Wheatgrass -
The vitality obtained from wheatgrass juice is remarkable. Two ounces of fresh wheatgrass juice is equivalent to the nutritional value of roughly 4 pounds of organic green vegetables in vitamin and mineral content. On an empty stomach, it is assimilated into the blood in about 20 minutes. The vitality lasts throughout the day. Tastes like ground up lawn the first few times, then the taste grows on you. No pun intended. |
