Section 8 haha military/government code for going insane I believe. I always remember that line from 'CliffHanger' the movie, by that nutcase Agent Traverse. Lithgow tells him he's lost his mind and he's like "Have I lost my mind? Your damn right I have I'm pure fuckin section 8!"
