Not without steroids anyways

carol.prime 09-19-2006 11:59 AM

I called it magic. That's pretty impossible to achieve within a month.

MandyBlake 09-19-2006 12:03 PM

its nice when you're on the small side to begin.
you can see dramatic changes overnight.

Mrs. Lenny2 09-19-2006 12:06 PM

LOL...the dude has no smile on his face from January 2003 until July 2004. After that, it's pearly whites city!

tranza 09-19-2006 12:10 PM

Damn, that's amazing.

latinasojourn 09-19-2006 01:09 PM

possible but not without a huge amount of effort.

excessive muscle buildup in and of itself does not promote longevity and can actually shorten overall life span and accelerate aging. and, does not really look so good. think of michaelangelo's statue of david as a model, not governor arnold s. to snag the most chicks.

best to lose the fat and develop some strength and muscle tone for BEST overall health and long life.

proper diet, aerobic + resistance training about 30-45mins daily = highest health levels.

That's cool shit

Matt 26z 09-19-2006 03:08 PM

This can't be all natural. There are certain periods on the month to month photos that look suspect. Gains in mass that were too fast.

fallenmuffin 09-19-2006 03:09 PM

Damn! Thats hell of a change.. purely amazing

If you eat clean and more than your body can burn (bulking) the extra has nowhere to go except into muscle. 300 grams of protein a day on a 160lb person will get you big quick.

He was retaining a lot of water in a lot of those pictures. I don't think he was using gear though. He should have just continued with a clean bulk after he cut. He could be massive by now.

Jarmusch 09-19-2006 04:29 PM

There's some weeks where he forgot to shave his legs.

What is a "clean bulk?"

He's already passed his newbie gains. You can't bulk up without bulking a little fat at the same time.

Something seems wrong with his arms though. Looks like he's been training asymetrically too long.

He looks like t-rex

Pornwolf 09-19-2006 05:15 PM

That's pretty slow and pitiful progress for 2 years of supervised and strenuous training. Even without supps he could have done better.
