I wired him a western union, and sent him the confirmation. Also ICQ'd this guy. He reviewed a number of new url submissions, but never cleared the cash.

Um.. wtf.

Well in the past the Western Union went through fairly quickly. Whomever (at Choker) verified it, and tada. In bank at Choker.

On W.U.'s, they receive it 5 minutes after I get off the phone with the W.U. rep.
