Warning To Epassporte Users
 

Here is a fun little factoid about our favorite virtual cash company that we'd all love to see replaced.

You can only have 5 credit cards attached to your epassporte account. One thing I didn't know.... but sure, that's not unusual. Here is the kicker though, only 5 credit cards EVER. So if you get a new card, and want to use that instead of the one you used to have, sure add it on. But guess what..... you CANNOT delete the old cards

How fuckin stupid is that.

Of course, I had to call because it doesn't say it anywhere on the site or the FAQ's. And the fun thing about calling is you have to jump through 29 fuckin hoops to get the person on the other end of the line to answer your question.

Her proposed solution? open a new account.

yep, not alter the one you've had forever, but open a new one because replacing a credit card is simply impossible.

So, in closing, make sure you are married to each card you're going to use with epassporte.

When is someone going to replace these guys? Come on CCBill, throw your hat into the ring and show em how it's done.

You might just want to ask one of the epassporte reps in GFY to help ya. They are usually very helpful...

I know this and I eventually will. I just agree that it is lame from the get go. I really should not need to ask really. Specially since they have such an extensive verification system.

Amen to that. All that bullshit you have to go through on the phone is retarded, just to get a canned response.

And why should I have to hitup one of their reps on GFY? Isn't that what their support line is for? That seems pretty retarded.

There are a lot of other cash cleaning services out there besides epassporte, take just the most popular ones as an example, neteller egold(with debit card) just to name 2 and there are no 500 dollar limits either.

Not too sure why so many people do not look outside the box.
