Here is a fun little factoid about our favorite virtual cash company that we'd all love to see replaced.
You can only have 5 credit cards attached to your epassporte account. One thing I didn't know.... but sure, that's not unusual. Here is the kicker though, only 5 credit cards EVER. So if you get a new card, and want to use that instead of the one you used to have, sure add it on. But guess what..... you CANNOT delete the old cards
How fuckin stupid is that.
Of course, I had to call because it doesn't say it anywhere on the site or the FAQ's. And the fun thing about calling is you have to jump through 29 fuckin hoops to get the person on the other end of the line to answer your question.
Her proposed solution? open a new account.
yep, not alter the one you've had forever, but open a new one because replacing a credit card is simply impossible.
So, in closing, make sure you are married to each card you're going to use with epassporte.
