Why are these extremists able to burn flags, effigies, anything Danish, American, Catholic, etc all the time with no action from the leaders of their religion who claim not to support this behaviour.

This will carry on, and whilst they can behave like animals but we have to make sure our farts don't sound anti-muslim.

Eliminate Christianity, Judism, Islam etc and we would need to go back to tribal feuds or national feuds or neighborhood feuds. Humans love any excuse to fight it's in our genes.
