Parked.com is superior because the landing's are very relevant and contextual and they do all the work categorizing and dialing in the landings. We get more clicks overall, a substantially better ctr and are averaging over 30cents per click.


Gaming domains are best at fabulous of course though. Google is good for us for certain domains that are somewhat developed, but Parked is pound for pound the super heavyweight champion of the ring :2 cents:

Another thing about Parked that is noteworthy is that they are Not Premadonnas. Other parking companies change their minds like the weather-- they bust your chops on categorization and specific domains and what not. Parked has not bitched at us one time :)

One of our best resources says he is killing it with sedo on domains with residual traffic (backlinks and other hardlinks). Let me know how your tests stack up please :thumbsup

they treat people with nice portfolios very very well from our experience. they just have never worked for us over several years of experimenting. Gemma even pulled some strings with feature listings and what not on the sales side and still nothing but phishers and fakeness (peeps wanting appraisals). I am sure that is just a symptom of their size and not anything stemming from sedo themselves of course.

btw freakbucks lands our traffic from http://fatties.biz (3000-4000 uniques daily) and is a good example of parking to a pay per signup. cory - bump my account up ;-) hehehehe (we could not park fatties.biz within usual parking terms on a ppc anyway, so this worked out nicely on a domain we paid $15 for.

if you can keep with your domains fast enough to build out every one then you have no need for a 3rd party. otherwise, default domain acquisitions need something on them that works from our experience.
