Epassporte renewal - how long to get new card?

How long does it normally take you to get your new epassporte card when your renewal date comes up? Mine expired this month and doesn't work in the ATM anymore and I haven't received the new one yet... just wondering how long I should wait before I start bugging them about it. I have some cash in there I need to get at.

they mail it like 72 hours after you place the order

They are SUPPOSED to issue one 30 days before expiration, and it can take 2-6 weeks to get it. They also should deduct the amount for the card from your account. Have they done that already?

I know this should never happen, but in reality even if it takes 6 weeks to get it and your card expired 2 weeks before, it is not like it is some sort of hardship anyways right?

Sent you an email, thanks!

The renewal fee did come out of the account already on Sept 6. The message in my account said I didn't have to do anything until I received the new card.

Took about two weeks after I saw the renew fee

is the renewal fee deducted from your account in epass?
