CAUTION:: ICQ message with link to a file on RapidShare
 

I've received this message on three ICQs so far today and I'm more convinced there's something funky going on. The first reason is that the person who sent me two messages this morning did not reply to my response this morning - which I find STRANGE. If I look on my list - the people are both offline when sending this message so now I'm wondering what is on this file and who's getting the ICQs of people that are now 'gone' from the industry?

BTW - in case 'my' ICQs send this to you - it isn't me so don't bother opening or downloading the file.

I got it from Aly, Dahkota, and Turboface . . . no response from any of them

It all helps. I want to know every infected name possible. So I can check and see if they are on my icq list and move them to a (possibly hacked list).
Last thing I want is for a few weeks to go buy, and then someone I know or have done business with asks for something, I comply and it is not really them.

I got a few this morning as well, clicked on it, but once I realized it was a .exe file, I said hell no...

Whatever this is, its taking over ICQ spamming on a whole new level.

If anyone has Aly's contact info - it may be a good idea to contact her. **don't know what she can do from her end though** I can imagine that she'd have a huge list of contacts and she's trustworthy so a few people would click it.
