I will find out the next day when I download it for FREE off newzbin. The last few PPV events have sucked balls anyways. Glad I didn't pay for them. I'm a big UFC fan but I refuse to pay $40 a month to watch it. I really enjoy the sport and I bet BJ has Matts number.

A MMA board I admin has one of our moderators fighting this weekend. His name is Joe Lauzon, and he's fighting Jens Pulver in the UFC.

It should be a war, Joe is slick as hell on the ground, but Pulver hits like a heavyweight!

I am going to go for Matt.. I never realized how powerful he was until I went to the Royce Gracie/Matt Hughes fight in LA and saw in person that he is a bad mf!

Cant wait until Sat.. It is going to be one hell of a fight.. I am not expecting a fast fight..

Yep.. I saw it.. I have been watching the UFC since they were having it in hidden spots because they were not legally allowed to put it on television.

It has been a long time since Bj and Matt fought.. Matt has alot of experience under his belt now..

I love royce gracie.. I almost cried when he whooped his ass so fast and easy... I have seen Royce take down the biggest of the big.. Kimo for instance..

It's refreshing to see an old school fan still in love with the UFC. Some of us have turned jaded when it fully became a sport.

I agree. I am disappointed to not see St.Pierre fight Hughes. I really would like to see Penn win, but he is at a disadvantage. Because he was added to the card late, I hope he will be prepared. I can't remember a fighter who took a fight as a replacement who won?

I think BJ is one of the guys that has what it takes to beat Hughes but I don't think it's going to happen this weekend. Penn looked a little lackluster last time and Hughes has imporved so much since their last fight. If Penn does take him it'll be by a technical feat of skill.

BJ beat Matt Huges a long time ago. BJ Penn was considred "The Prodigy", got his Brazilliann Black Belt in 3 years, when back then the average was 10 years.

He had heavy hands, and the MMA game had not reached the precise cutting edge it has now.

With all that said, Matt Hughes is the "Pinnacle" of a MMA fighter. Versed in standup strikinng, takedowns, and submissions. He is one of the best all around MMA fighters, ever.

BJ is going to be in for a surprise.

There are 3 major fighting styles in MMA.

BJJ
Wrestling
Muay Thai

More MMA fighters train in just those 3 diciplines than any other else.

I would love to see Bj win, but I don't think it will happen.
Matt is one of the best most complete fighters, and he freakishly strong.
After seeing Bj's last fight where he lost to St Piere I don't thnk he is ready to fight Matt (especially on short notice).

As much as I like the UFC nothing gets me more excited than PRIDE. The open weight GP was one of the best events in a long time.

Mike Swick Vs. David Loiseau = The Crow Loiseau wins this by elbows in the guard

Jason Lambert Vs. Rashad Evans - Jason Lambert by KO

Joe Lauzon Vs. Jens Pulver - I am going out on a limb, as I co-sponsored Joe Lauzon for this fight... = JLau by flying heel hook for the win!

Gabe Ruediger Vs. Melvin Guillard = This is a tough one. Gabe has one his last 9 fights. Melvin is a great wrestler, and has power in the hands. I'm going with Melvin.

Roger Huerta Vs. Jason Reinhardt = Jason Reinhardt for the win, cause he's an underground favorite

Mario Neto Vs. Gabriel Gonzaga = Mario Neto by submission

Danny Abbadi Vs. Jorge Gurgel = Jorge is gonna kill Danny TKD Abbadi in the cage. Danny couldn't fight on the ground at TUF3, he's gonna get slaughterd in the big show.
