ccbill is a processor not a online payment site like paypal/epass

yes icq is not connecting any more :(
even a reinstall, different isp and even another country used to connect will not help.
waiting on the support guru's of ICQ :)

I think if ccbill could find a way to do that or join forces with someone that IS able to pay in that form it would be the smartest move ccbill has ever done
