interesting spam idea?
i just got a spam email (surprise) and the link they gave for their website/service/whatever was:
http://rd.yahoo.com/dir/?http://their.website.com could this count a hit for this url in yahoo's engine and rank them more popular? quite a nifty idea.. and some people might be more inclined to click it if they saw yahoo.com :) |

spammers have been doing that for years now, & all the abuse@ e-mails end up at yahoo.
I bet yahoo just fucking loves it. |
They do it for a reason, it's so it gets through the smtp servers. Used mainly for aol, and other popular places.
