i was thinking about this question also... was curious as to which scripts had some good features to keep cheating and such to a minimum. Also ones that had a login/pw option for preferred webmasters and such.

It doesn't exist yet. However it is being written and no I won't tell you the features till we put it out on the market. :thumbsup

Comus is a good little script and has the pw option for preferred webmasters. Alot of security checks on images, recip links, off-domain checks, etc. It uses mySQL and is pretty fast.

You have to protect the admin area yourself. Good script for the price :)

If you want a inexpensive-reliable one use autogallery.
That's the one we use.

If you are willing to pay more, nothing beats germesia's brownie or x3scripts' tgp pro.
