I'm new to the whole e-gold scene, but recently i ended up opening an account and had some money put into it. Mostly interested in what the best exchange service would be for getting my money out and in my bank asap and with the least ammount of fees.

they are normally pretty fast, and the have local banking in most countries, so you don't need to pay a wire fee. I used to use london gold exchange but they were way too slow.
