I just read that Buffalo NY is the second most affordable area in all of America with an average home median price of $45,000. You can buy homes in buffalo for as low as $6500... not nice homes but WOW...


Concider this.. In SanDiego or LA or SanFran 858,000 gets you a pretty decent 1200 sqft 2 bedroom apartment in a highrise downtown.
