How much of an influence do you really think having video sets available in format for upload to video ipod will have over the next year or so.

I'm considering offering the format in all my new sites for the gimmick of it all but seriousely, I spoke to someone in the research department from Jupiter communications that says porn on video ipods and cellphones is a "killer app for 2007-2008" and will drive markets. I'm told the number of people surveyed for a future research report with video capable ipods that have porn on their ipods and seek new porn sources as "staggering".

I just don't personally see it...who's gonna jerk off to a 1" screen??? but this is the trend that is being reported. Question is will it drive sales? and is it just a novelty that will die out?

i think that ipod porn is gonna die off. it was one of those things were it was really cool when it came out, but now cellphones are taking over and thats gonna be the new hot market.

The mobile market will hit hard the next years.

Even my cellphone now already has WLAN and Opera / Nokia browser etc.

If you're looking to get into a big market early, then get ready.

Only a question of time until mobile pay per view / per per click etc. is able to charge the users directly to their phonebill the way it is already possible with WAP now.

If it's a cellphone, Ipod, whatever mobile device doesnt really matter, the market will be big, just give it some time.

I agree. and wish they would properly merge a phone and an Ipod...I would be in my glory but haven't seena phone with itunes that I like yet...

Like I said mobile formats will be part of the designs of my new sites. I think it's important (especially the samples on the tours)

From what I've heard thru the grapevine iTunes for Symbian OS is on it's way...

It's not really that hard to port it into the new Symbian OS v9.1 ...

I used to think the same exact way - Who's going to get off to a one inch screen? Then I saw all of the research and I changed my thinking. I mean, who is going to get off looking at once inch screen?

First off, I'm sure people said the same thing - Who's going to get off looking at adult content on a computer monitor?

Second.... The IPOD is really nothing more than a hard drive. Generally speaking it's used for music, but you can also store pictures and video. And - check this - It's rather easy to hook it up to nearly any TV with $10 worth of wires.

Reality Cash already has IPOD videos in it's line of sites, and the new (hush hush) Top Secret project we are working on will also have IPOD videos.

For the amount of effort it takes to render a video in a slightly different format to increase mass appeal of your content, I think it's well worth it.

(If anyone wants to see videos from our secret project it's possible I'll have them loaded up on my IPOD for YP Mexico next week.....)

Don't forget about the PSP as well. I know I put some of my projects I've done on there to show potential clients. The screen's bigger than the IPod too...

Ipod and psp is for real, tend to think it's more powerful in a sologirl sponsor system though since it could enhance the fantasy of intimacy.

We already offer them for Joon Mali. It's a similar concept to adding multiple formats for your viewers: Having as many options for them as possible to widen your audience base.

Also, back to the concept of mobile entertainment, just think of all the married guys that only have a few minutes a day to sneak away to jerk off. I'm sure the majority would rather have something small to take with them into a bathroom, instead of sneaking one off at the family PC.

The delivery devices (Ipods, PSPs, etc) will come and go, but the concept is here to stay and will only improve.

Ipod, psp, and most new pda phones are all equiped with video capabilities... I load my shit up with videos all the time, the phone comes with it's own loader software that takes whatever format I have and makes it work, that's pretty god damn tight... I have 1gb of storage on my sd right now.. but I might get bigger storage...

That's it, the decision has been made...it's here to stay , we have to deal with it if we are to be leaders.

I've been wrong on a few things in this industry.
