which anti-spyware software do you use?
 

I recently downloaded a firefox extension that had spyware in it and I haven't used an anti-spyware software in ages just because I watch out what I download and which websites I go to, but in this case I wasn't too careful lol

so which anti-spyware software do you use that is actually effective?

Ad-aware, Spyboy, Ewido, along with AVG for virus protection

using multiple ones together isn't a good idea though

Spy bot, but needless to say I am very careful about what I download.

But for our windows machines, we use Spybot

Spybot on one PC

PC-illin on the other. I actually love this program. It catches everything.
