The face of the website, Mr. Skin, has reviewed movies for nudity since 1996 on radio stations across America as well as VH1, E!, the BBC, magazines and more. The website has promoted, through reviews, the sales of millions of dollars of movies per year and continues to do so. The website gets 5-6 Million Unique visitors per month. A vast number of movie studios and distributors submit their films to the site for review and promotion.
SK intertainment, Inc. has developed an uncompromised reputation for adhering to the strictest ethical standards and business practices. We have reviewed the complaint and find it to be without merit. We intend to defend our position vigorously and are confident that we will prevail.

I've never quite understood why companies with potentially large lawsuits and claims insist on posting ANYTHING on a message board. I thought lawyers usually told ya to shut the hell up about things...apparently not?

I don't think an attorney would advise you not to post an unequivocal denial on a public, industry related messageboard. It is afterall your reputation you're defending to your peers. I have no doubt that the statement above is FROM their attorney, specifically with messageboards in mind.

However, I would think MOST lawyers would frown on any FURTHER postings or replies on the matter. :2 cents:

It happens all the time on the news... "I would like to publicly deny these charges. Beyond that, I have no comment."
