i found a huge(1.5 inch long) bug in my frozen spinach once. It was the last time i ate spinach. There must be some serious sanitary problems at them spinach factories

You can still eat Spinach bro, just have to make sure it's cooked... The "RAW" spinach is the only thing that is causing the problem.

Thats ok, once I was picking through fresh produce and some monster bug from space ran so fast out of some leaves that I'm surprised I didnt scream like a 10 yr old girl, lmao. I said "holy SHIT! Did you see that bug????" super loud though, hehe.. my face was pretty red. Scared/startled the hell out of me.
