Looking for big name metal musicians - REWARD!
 

For my next movie, I need at least 3 big names in metal to be interviewed. I know there is NO degree of separation from gofuckyourselfers and the rest of the real world, so that's why I'm putting it out there.

If I can pull this off, it will be the most fun ever!

"Metal" is a widely used term. Are you looking for old schoolers like Metallica... hair bands... newer bands? Can you give me any examples? I might be able to help out.

All different kinds of metal would be great. I want to interview the musicians for some crazy groupies stories, then re-enact them in the name of parody (i.e. big hair will become VERY big hair).

BTW - I'm sure everyone by now knows that Eddie Van Halen did the soundtrack for a Michael Ninn movie. It looks like I will be in completion against him for the AVN Soundtrack of the year award. I licensed all 29 tracks for my movie "Atomic Vixens: Escape from the Valley of the Sluts" from myspace bands

Yeah, I'm just compiling names. It's incomplete and needs editing. Many of those bands are new to me.

Since I want to shoot this in LA, It would be great if the musicians are located there!

Okay, I kinda thought the same thing myself when those bands came to mind, but then I took another look at the list. LOVERBOY?!? If Loverboy is allowed on the list, then those bands I mentioned sure as fuck should be on the list! You're right, though: Those bands are more Hard Rock than Metal.

I think you guys should take another look at that list, instead of ripping on the bands I mentioned. :) I mean, for crying out loud ... You think Bon Jovi is metal, yet Deep Purple shouldn't be on the list??
