When Trading - How Long Would You Wait for A Return Link?

I'd like to know, when trading links and putting someone's link on your site...

How long would you wait for them to link back to you B 4 removing the link???

max 48hrs.

12 - 24 hours max

5 minutes.

6 weeks, that's where I draw the line.

R U serious, I think thats way to long...

I'm debating between 24 & 48...
maybe 72 depending on who it is...

Why give traffic away for a chance at a return visitor that MIGHT click?

Or the possibility of getting quality visitors in exchange of your chinese traffic.

24-48 hours max. Most of the time it's 24 as a given rule. If I like the person, I give them an extra day because hell.. we all can get busy at times.

After that removed, added to banned list, and never put back on.

:2 cents:

should be within a few minutes, if you have talked to the other webmaster first and agreed to a trade....

now, if you are just sending traffic hoping to get a link back, well good luck to you..

with four diferrent sites...

I linked him and have been waitin for a link back for bout 20 hrs now...

No, thats not what I'm doing...

Some 1 came to me via another of my threads and asked to trade.

If they ask me they better have it up before I put the link up.If I ask them usually 24 but 48 hrs would be the max.
