Only if you need Paypal. Im not willing to pay any transfer costs besides the normal fee's paypal charge.

So i send you 250, you deduct the fees and send me 238 or so to epass.

And no other fees anymore because there are always several people who actually NEED paypal money and dont exchange for just profit.
