Version 4.7 and newer
Open the Advanced Index Page Properties window by clicking the Advanced button on the Index Page tab and deselect Add link to Arles Web Site. Do the same in the Advanced Image Pages Properties window by clicking the Advanced button on the Image Pages tab.

Tip: You can set the default value for "Add link to Arles Web Site" in the environment options.
