Need to grab pics from videos

everyone always ask that . windows xp comes built in with windows movie maker you can take screenshots from within it if your looking to do it "on the fly" you might wanna try ffmpeg

Videocharge to automate it. I use vlc media player to grab them manually.

frameshots is the best for batching a bunch of vids
