they do, but the live chat doesn't work right now, looks to me like their database server is down, the one site gives some php error, the other one that runs wordpress gives me "This could mean your host's database server is down."

I have sites with webair too, also with exmasters, rocketflow, dreamhost, and bestgalleryhosting.

Situations like this made me wise ;)

But not so long ago one of my sites which was No1 on Yahoo for certain phrase went down (hosted on another host) and since then it dissapeared from Yahoo.

Now one of the sites that I have with serverprovider that is down is No6 on Google, and we'll be really pissed off if the downtime fucks my listing up.

Sami is one of the most helpful techs ive ever dealt with and he is always reachable on icq or phone. Your sites won't be down for long :)

Idiot, show me a host that guarantee's SERVER / SITE uptime.

It's people like you that host with webair.

Do you use your own nameservers? You do probably need to change the IPs.

I've lost like 50% of my traffic since they told me to change the nameserver IPs. (yesterday) :(

That really sucks. Nothing more annoying thatn downtime. Hope it get's fixed soon so you don't lose that Google listing.
