Which successful programs DO NOT buy or produce exclusive content?
 

Successful = companies like Adult.com, BangBros, Karups, ATK, Mayor's Money..... I'm not talking about the guys who make beer money.

So, who's making BANK off 100% non-exclusive content?

Are you serious? I'd bet you WildCash and MeatCash are far more successful than the vast majority of programs. Only the owners and their accountants know for sure. :winkwink: Both have exclusive content to my knowledge. I know MeatCash has plenty of exclusive stuff from top producers.

I'm not saying they are failures, I am saying that they are not on the level of the type of successful programs that I am referring to.

I believe WildCash is just DVD content... but I'm sure they're way up there if it comes to being successful..

Successful is relative. What does it mean for you? $20k net? $100k net? $500k net? Monthly.

I'm not sure what the purpose of this thread is.... Twistys only "recently" starting doing exclusive content... Weren't the older adultplatinum (adult.com) sites mostly non-exclusive?

Frankly, with programs like topbucks, pimproll, hawg etc. etc. etc. offering all their exclusive content in leased feeds, if you had sites with great presentation and giving the surfer what they want, (something shap "should" have taught people with his success), you really wouldn't need exclusive content yourself.

First off, whats beer money to you. I think we can agree that there are programs who do ok, those that pretend they do ok, and those that make a few grand a month. I would say that any program doing 7 figures or more a year isnt beer money. However there are some programs that do mid 7 figures and some that do low 7 figs, so there is still a disparate gap between big programs.

1, meat cash is 100% exclusive. so we can exclude them.

2, hahaha does very well and alot of his stuff can be bought from photo greg and ama joe for under 10 grand.

Deluxe Pass comes to mind. When i bill went tits up they were i bills #2 client i believe(def top 5). I was maybe deluxe pass's 30th best affiliate and i was doing $20k a month. The top 5 affiliates were doing that in 1-2 weeks. I'll bet you a 100 bucks MAYBE 1 or possibly 2 of the programs you mentioned above have 30 affiliates or so doing (at least) 20k and above a month.

What is it that makes a surfer stop and say "I'm signing up for this because it's exclusive"?

Not because it's on every website out there, if it was they would not be buying exclusive content for peanuts.

Is it because the standard of 90% of the content providers is so poor the route to success is to shoot it or commission it to be shot for yourself?

Can't be because all the guys shooting exclusive are so great. The money shooting non exclusive, like we do, is a lot more than shooting exclusive for others. When did you earn $10,000 from a boy girl scene or $2,000 from a solo girl scene? Got a notepad I will give you a list of the times we do.

Is it because the big programs realised that if anyone could start a site with $5,000 worth of bought in content and take affiliates and surfers away they convinced everyone it has to be exclusive?

Is it because by shooting it yourself you can shoot something in a style/niche/action that makes you a bit different?

Is it because if non exclusive content was given to affiliates by 10 major sponsors then it really would be saturated?

So why is it that exclusive content is the better route to go?
Why are shooters making more money shooting an exclusive scene for the cost of a handful of non exclusive sales.

Why do exclusive shooters have to work all day to shoot a model exclusive to sell once for $2,000 when a non exclusive shooter can make that off a set shot in 30 minutes?

These is the real questions. Would love the answers.

And please do not list a lot of sites that started 6 years ago, or have awesome content and a great site and just say it's because it's exclusive, you know better than that.

meatcash has only some exclusive sites, the rest are dvd sites. they have a shitload of dvd sites. to say they arent successful is laughable though. they are a very solid program.

It never ceases to amaze me that no matter how well qualified my posts are, the majority of the people don't seem to grasp the simplicity in them.

I asked for programs who are %100 non-exclusive, not %90 non-exclusive, and I even gave examples of programs who are on the level of success that I am asking about.

MeatCash can't hold a candle to the programs I mentioned nor are they %100 non-exclusive. Why are we still discussing them?

if it's not the case already, in the not too distant future exclusive content and non-exclusive content will be the difference between the programs that strive and the programs that thrive :2 cents:

Platinum bucks I think is mostly non exclusive stuff but I could be wrong, but of course they have adultrental.com their vod which is of course non exclusive. Lion Dollars was non exclusive till their new model phoenix. Sure there are others.

Take that back about PB they have a bunch of exclusives after looking.

Which is the reason we have two stores, one for the more discerning client and the other for the guys buying bulk on price.

In both stores we will make more than $300 on a set, add the video and you are running at a lot more than what exclusive pays a shooter.

If all these sites doing so well with exclusive why don't they pay the shooters more? Excluding the guys with the real sense to sell their own content on a paysite.

Oh I forgot about our paysite, yet another level of earning from the same content.

Exclusive = 1 off sale. :(

Non Exclusive = Content store sales, mobile phone sales, magazines sales, DVD sales, Paysite sales, I still own the rights. :thumbsup
