How does google use images on img search?

is there some type of law that lets them use a thumb somehow? i remember reading it but not sure what the exact details wre. i want a headshot for my pornstars site for each girl on her page, but i dont want to do illegally use copyrighted images.

google has money. you can buy legal immunity. ask oj simpson.

Different laws apply to search engines (especially those with money as mentioned above).

Just be sure the headshots you use come from one of the sponsors you are promoting on the page it goes to.

i haven't really read on this much.. but how does GIS differ from a TGP? or a fusker with thumbnails?

why does a tgp "possibly" need 2257 for hardcore thumbs, but google doesn't?

and leave out the money stuff, thats cute but not reality for all purposes

Could be that it is just understood by the legal folks that google isn't posting the pics - they just suck them in from pages they index. For TGPs, that might be the same , but it just isn't understood as widely.

I would think that technically google will need 2257 docs if it hosts explicit images peroid.

so if i come up with a format for sites that want their stuff to show up.. a sitemap of galleries, if you would.

then they can submit their sites for consideration.

then i spider and thumb them on my "tgp".

this would be the same?

If you indexed the entire internet that would likely be true.

but google images has safesearch, which is somewhat effective..

it could be argued that they could have avoided it...

interesting.

i hope something happens that forces them to play it out in court.. their deep pockets can do good for us all
