Ok i need a tool which allows me to do this:

take current pictures, resize , also create thumbnails at same time and hopefully also be able to MAYBE putr a stamp on the original pictures eg our URL.

cant seem to get SUPERJPG to do it, or ThumbPlus.

I think you could get photoshop to do this using actions
but you need one action to make the stamped full size pics, and another to make the thumbs

Arles from digital dutch can do all that.
