Considering they were soliciting buy out offers, this next step will definitely increase their user base and undoubtetly, increase their acquisition value when it happens.

That's sad news....

At what cost? That's why I disagree with opening the gates. More users = more money if and when a buy out occurs. I would you rather have quality over quantity.

Ever surfed my space for new users? Spammers galore is all it is.
