Think it would be a Good idea to develop it into a forum site, perhaps hydroponics discussion or painkiller meds such as hydro (hydrocodone) discussion board or would you just sell it to the highest bidder?

whats wrong with overgrow.com? i highly doubt you can knock them off number 1 in that niche of forums.

overgrow.com and it's montreal based owner got raided and shut down the site quite a while back.

Yep. "Hydro" is one of those cool-sounding suffixes.

I guess it is, id you or anyone else has any input on this, such as ideas for building on it, let me know.

If I can not figure out something solid for it, I will probably end up giving it away or putting it on sedo, I dont know as of yet. I do like to read other people's input on it though.

It's an alright domain but unless you have alot of time or insight in what you want to do with it offer it up for sale. Find a niche buyer and the skys the limit.

If forum will be related to waterr then domain is good.

There are several other things that I can think of.. but weed seems to be coming up as number one with the majority. I have decided i am going to build this one up.
