Whats a good gif animation creator?

Trying to find a good proggy to make animated gifs.
What are the best ones out there?

I've used gif Movie Gear before, like a few years back, and I remember it being a very cool program. :thumbsup

I use Paint Shop Pro 7, and it comes bundled with an animation shop that is also very cool.
