The debate is only about how much it's happening.

While it's still a matter of scientific debate and it make be decades before they can prove it you don't really have to be a scientist to know it's happening.

I did a lot of research on Global Warming for a project for school and I can say that there is a "ton" of evidence that Global Warming is happening and it is man made. There is literally no debate among real scientists, it is happening and we're fucked if we don't do anything about it soon. The top expert on GW, who happens to be censored by the White House, says we have 10 years to do something before things reach a "tipping point" and we can't turn back. This is the biggest issue out there since it literally affects our whole planet and everything on it.

Ozone layer? What happened with that? Did it shrink? No the hole didnt increase in size since the 50's when they first discovered it. Only shifts and changes in shape. The actual size of it hasnt changed. Yet we heard shit about it every day for years and years. Doom of us all. Every scientist agreed according to the media. We all were going to die of skin cancer due to the shrinking of the ozone layer.. Blah blah blah blah. How bout soil errosion? What happened with that? I remember hearing about that everyday over and over. All our soil was going to run into the ocean. We'd have no soil to farm blah blah blah.

Deforrestation. All our oxygene was going to be gone due to us using up the trees. Blah blah blah. Feel free to let them lead you down the primrose path folks. Use a bit of logic. Ask your grandparents how hot it was when they were kids. Summers were hotter even when I was a kid back in the 70's.

Global warming is a farce. If we all die from global warming in 10 years well then Ill be wrong haha.

If anyone here is old enough to remember, in the late 70s "all scientists" agreed that we were headed for another ics age. It was all over the media, there was tons of evidence, and it was mankinds fault.

Sunburns havent gotten worse sorry. The fact is people used to be out in the sun everyday. Maybe its since people are indoors 90% of the time. Their skin is no long used to being in the sun.

I'm not sure what junior college you're flunking out of, but your statement is completely wrong. Why? There is debate among the scientific community. To say that all the "real scientists" have determined it to be so is a foolish statement. Because some don't agree with your view does not mean they are not "real" scientist. Stop getting your "science" from political sources.

Global climate change happens. The degree of influence from human sources is not clear. It was only a few years ago (in geologic time) that there was worry over global cooling, which was equally as unfounded.

None of my rant is to say that polluting the air isn't doing anything, it's just to say that making a comment that all the "real" scientists (whatever that means) have concluded that the end is near sounds like a statement from a sociology or political science major, not anyone from scientific academia.

Does anyone remember Al Gore making the speech a year or two ago in the upper north east in the middle of winter during record low tempetures about how Global warming was going to kill us all? Rofl at least this year they made their little media campaign in the summer. Bet they are all let down that we didnt have killer hurricane seasons this year though. :Oh crap

I did the same thing, and proved without a doubt humans are affecting global warming.......................

By about 0.032%.
100 year old weather records are telling us a lot eh? I think we need 1 million years of data before we can trend a planet that is BILLIONS of years old.

Global warming is hippy propoganda bullshit. But keep buying those hybrids.
